1. Crew Recruitment & Selection
We maintain a robust global database of licensed and experienced Officers, Engineers, and Ratings. Our recruitment process includes background verification, reference checks, and competency assessments to ensure that only the most qualified candidates are deployed onboard. We also conduct interviews and psychometric evaluations to assess leadership, teamwork, and safety awareness.
2. Documentation & Certification Verification
All seafarer documents are thoroughly checked for authenticity and validity. We verify COC, COP, passport, CDC, medical fitness, vaccination records, and flag endorsements in line with STCW and MLC standards. Our documentation team ensures full compliance with flag state and client requirements before any crew member joins a vessel.
3. Crew Planning, Rotation & Relief
We prepare long-term and short-term manning plans to ensure vessels are never understaffed. Crew relief planning, joining instructions, and travel arrangements are managed in coordination with owners and port agents for seamless crew changes, minimizing downtime and costs.
4. Payroll, Allotments & Accounts Management
Our payroll system ensures timely and transparent processing of wages, allotments, and deductions as per contractual and MLC provisions.
