About the Role

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team at Nanak Shipping Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing documentation, data entry, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth and efficient shipping operations.

This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of shipping procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and maintain shipping-related documentation with accuracy and compliance.

  • Perform data entry and maintain records in company databases.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for operational support.

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and logistical functions.

  • Ensure timely processing and smooth execution of shipping-related activities.

  • Support management in preparing reports and operational updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
