About the Role
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team at Nanak Shipping Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing documentation, data entry, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth and efficient shipping operations.
This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of shipping procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and maintain shipping-related documentation with accuracy and compliance.
Perform data entry and maintain records in company databases.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for operational support.
Assist in day-to-day administrative and logistical functions.
Ensure timely processing and smooth execution of shipping-related activities.
Support management in preparing reports and operational updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
